Tulane, to me, is a new experience and life with vibrant culture and greenery every step. I was exposed to rich lifestyles, as well as the added bonus of the amazing pre-medical programs and opportunities. In Summer of 2023, I attended ConnecTU, a five week program for 30 students, which included taking college classes early and participating in various workshops to familiarize ourselves with campus and the many different programs and support systems offered here. As this program went on, I found out many resources and offices on campus looking to help people of underrepresented backgrounds. The fact that Tulane is working towards a more diverse campus was a huge selling point for me. I found to love Tulane even more than I did before, from the campus to the programs offered here. This is why I chose Tulane.
