Dr. V is my favorite professor at Tulane. Despite teaching a class of over 100 students (a high demand introductory class), she made the effort to get to know every student's name in order to do class attendance. She also made herself very accessible to students who needed extra help in her class.
Willie Mae's, The Riverwalk Mall, and La Thai are my favorite spots in New Orleans.
My favorite NOLA festival is the Essence festival.
I love the school's focus on the undergraduate experience and the undergraduate student body. It is never a question of "why" the administration should provide x,y,z resources, events, and opportunities for students, but whether a question of "how".
