I love the flexible classes and the incredibly supportive and accessible academic atmosphere. In addition, I love the size of the school and felt like I would be able to learn new things and also get comfortable. More than anything though, I chose it for the beautiful, psycho city of New Orleans.
Super Sunday is my favorite, it is the third Sunday in March and all of the tribes of Mardi Gras Indians wear their suits and hold their own parades and traditions of their tribes. Close by, the Ponchatula Strawberry Festival is one of my favorites, but right here in New Orleans, Sea Food festival and Jazz Fest are two of my other favorites!
Bayou Sauvage Boardwalk, the Contemporary Arts Center, walking on the levee near the uptown river bend, Audubon Park, City Park (especially in the winter)
