Criminology with Dr. Ostertag! I took this class for my Tier 1 Service learning and I got to work with the Orleans Public Defenders Office and sit courtside on a bunch of hearings. This class was so eye-opening and I loved the service learning component.
When I visited Tulane for the first time I was surprised because I had no idea it was Mardi Gras! I was thrown into the liveliness of New Orleans culture, so I was already excited to step foot on campus. I knew that I was meant to go here when I was showing my dad around campus and started saying "and this is where we..." so I knew that I belonged! Everything that Tulane offered was also perfect for what I wanted to do and I knew that I could easily have an amazingly unique college experience here.
