Favorite Tulane class/professor...

My favorite class I've taken so far has to be Film Theory. I love film, and now I know how to theorize about it! I also wrote the longest paper of my life in that class. 81 pages makes everything else look easy.

My favorite spots in New Orleans are...

Audubon Park, French Quarter Riverwalk, and Magazine Street. I love to go running in Audubon, which has beautiful oak trees, and as an added bonus you can always see lots of dogs. The French Quarter Riverwalk is just so picturesque and spending an afternoon walking around in the Quarter is a great way to destress with friends. Magazine Street has the cutest shops and great restaurants, so whenever I go I always try someplace new.

I chose Tulane because...

I fell in love with New Orleans and the character of its people. I also love all the flexibility that Tulane allows for majors. I knew I wanted to major in Biology and Communications, and I can do exactly that at Tulane and still graduate in four years.

My favorite NOLA festival is...

the Jazz Fest! I've gotten to see so many amazing artists including Big Freedia, Lizzo, and Hozier!
