My favorite Tulane class was Elementary American Sign Language I with Professor Rocky Miller.
My favorite spots in New Orleans are Audubon Park, Rum House, Creole Creamery, and Plum Street Snoballs.
I chose Tulane because I wanted to attend a college that combined all of the opportunities of a large research university with a small college atmosphere. As soon as I stepped onto campus for the first time I immediately fell in love with the atmosphere, people, and city, and was amazed by the rich and unique culture at Tulane. I enjoyed the warm and supportive community, which reminded me of home, and how all of the people were so friendly and helpful. Now as I'm completing my senior year of college, I realize that I have never been happier with my decision and the opportunities, friendships, and experiences that I could only receive from attending Tulane University.
My favorite NOLA festival is the King Cake Festival because I love eating the array of king cakes! It's so much fun and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try a "taste" of Mardi Gras!
