My favorite spots in New Orleans are...

the fly on a Friday afternoon, any restaurant with a patio on magazine street (makes for great people watching), and Frenchmen Street for some live music.

Favorite Tulane class/professor...

is anything environmental science-related - it's hard to choose just one. Most recently I really enjoyed my Paleoclimatology class with Dr. Tor Tornqvist.

My favorite NOLA festival is...

Fried Chicken Festival!! Or any festival that's related to fried food...

I chose Tulane because...

Tulane has the feeling of a big school, but the benefits of a small school. Everyone on campus has a ton of school spirit and there's so much to do on campus, so in that way it really feels like a big university. But, class sizes are small and you really get to form relationships with your professors which reflects the benefits of attending a smaller school.
