Voodoo fest because I love music and every year some of my favorite artists perform. Although it was canceled this year due to Covid, I am looking forward to next year and going to hear good music with my friends.

classroom language and culture with Professor Sarah Spromberg. it is an English language learners class that teaches me about the variety of students and backgrounds held in the classroom. Her range of experiences allow me to engage with material in a new and refreshing way.

I think the spirit of the school mixed with the culture of the city creates a unique, lively, and joyful environment where the students are excited to learn with and from each other, and give back to a community that has provided so much for the university.
