My favorite restaurant spots are Lilette, Bisutoro, Peche, and Shaya. My favorite coffee shop is Trumpet and Drum; they have the best seasonal drinks. The Batture is an awesome spot to hang out and enjoy some good bites from local business food trucks. The Batture is located on the river tucked away behind Audubon park.
Legal Studies with Sanda Groome was such a fascinating class covering a variety of legal topics. It was a great, challenging, intro-level class that led me to declare my Legal Studies major. Sanda Groome is an amazing and engaging professor.
Jazz Fest! I am big on live music, and it is so cool to experience such a variety of artists and bands in just two weekends. The food is unmatched, and the vibes are incredible. I am looking forward to it again this year!
I enjoy the vibrant sense of community and culture I feel on and off campus. I was drawn to Tulane's values in service learning and coming together to make a difference. Most importantly, I chose Tulane because when I toured, I felt at home!
